Paramount Global is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Senior Analyst, Intercompany to join our Global Accounting Operations team. In this role, you will ensure the timely and accurate accounting, reconciliation, and reporting of intercompany transactions across our international entities.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Paramount's international subsidiaries and tax teams on intercompany agreements and transactions
• Issue service fee recharge invoices in line with intercompany arrangements
• Monitor parked transaction reports and resolve pending items
• Prepare monthly intercompany accrual journal entries
• Perform quarterly inter/intracompany account reconciliations
• Follow up on imbalances and coordinate corrective actions
• Confirm intercompany balances and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare operational metrics and discuss findings with management
• Support internal and external audits (including PwC)
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal accounting policies
• Support the migration of additional accounting activities to GAO
• Recommend and implement process improvements to drive efficiency
• Provide accounting support to Treasury, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash teams
• Contribute to finance-related projects and initiatives
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced team members
• Take ownership of one or more business processes within your area
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written, B1/B2 or higher)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Structured thinker with good problem-solving skills
• Willingness to present in group settings
• Risk-conscious and process-oriented
• A positive attitude and a willingness to support others
