The Global Content Distribution team is seeking a Publicity Assistant to join the Los Angeles-based Publicity / Communications department!

Responsibilities:
• Collecting and distributing press clips
• Updating client lists and press materials
• Administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling, putting together budgets, processing invoices, handling expenses, and booking travel

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred - degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism is a plus
• 1 + year of related experience (Strong internship or agency experience preferred)

Additional Qualifications:
• Candidates must have a strong curiosity about public relations
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with different personalities
• Must be proficient in social media, web searches, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Available flexible hours (some nights and weekends required)
