As a Functional Process Improvement Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our processes through innovative automation solutions. You will work alongside cross-functional teams, utilizing tools like VBA, Alteryx, Python, SAP GUI scripts, and more, to enhance efficiency. Additionally, you'll provide essential support to our Functional Process Improvement Managers on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teams to plan and deploy automation.
• Develop simple automations using various tools.
• Monitor and maintain automation performance.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning automations as a priority.
• Assist Controllership with Excel macros and scripts.
• Create and maintain documentation for process improvements.
• Participate in training and conferences as directed.
• Handle administrative tasks for FPI Team systems.
• Provide software/tool training to employees.
• Regularly update FPI leads on task progress.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (accounting and/or IT)
• Strong Excel skills and basic understanding of VBA or other scripting language
• Proficiency in automation tools (VBA, Alteryx, Python, SAP GUI scripts) is a plus
• Can do attitude
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
• Willingness to participate in training and conferences.
• Previous process improvement or automation experience is a plus.
