Privacy Analyst

Overview:

The Privacy Analyst is responsible for assisting with the operational day to day management and implementation of privacy controls on Paramount owned properties. You'll be part of a team responsible for a wide range of cross-functional privacy and data protection projects. You'll be working in close collaboration with teams throughout the company and will help us to build and support scalable tools and processes to keep the data of the people that use our services safe.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and collaborate with business and product development teams on the implementation, management and support of the privacy controls on Paramount product offerings.
• Assist in managing and facilitating project scheduling and tracking within the privacy workstream.
• Work on tasks related to ongoing compliance with data protection and privacy laws, advertising industries and related requirements.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to privacy compliance.
• Contribute to the team's effort to monitor data privacy laws and regulations.
• Assist with the development of awareness and training materials for organizational education.

Basic Qualifications:
• 1+ year of fast pace experience in an enterprise level org.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field required.
• A practical ability to coordinate cross-functional teams toward task completion.
• Possess technical aptitude to communicate effectively across tech professionals.
• Working knowledge creating and managing projects on the JIRA platform.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle.

Additional Qualifications:
• Experience creating and reviewing technical documentation.
• Experience troubleshooting web applications.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and good at multitasking.
• Knowledge of data related initiatives such as ingestion, report and dashboard creation, analytics and site tracking implementation
• Familiarity with current data privacy laws.
• Knowledge of the online advertising ecosystem including programmatic technologies and platforms.
• Experience with Privacy technologies such as OneTrust.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $85,000.00 - 100,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
