Senior Marketing Manager (Film & TV)

Paramount Home Entertainment International, a subsidiary of ViacomCBS-owned Paramount Pictures is a global leader in the distribution of filmed entertainment across physical and digital formats. It is responsible for the sales, marketing and distribution of Paramount content across all home media formats - in addition to content from other ViacomCBS-owned entities including Nickelodeon and CBS.

DESCRIPTION:

Role Objective:
• Reporting to the Executive Director (Marketing) - the Senior Marketing Manager (Film & TV) will play a key role in delivering the financial revenue and margin targets of film & TV content distributed on physical formats
• This role is responsible for developing and implementing a quarterly programme of consumer-focussed campaigns to promote the best of Paramount catalogue and third-party content, while also opportunistically leveraging specific retailer led catalogue promotions and programs
• Serve as the lead for all TV content and coordinate marketing efforts across formats

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Key marketing responsibilities for the Marketing Manager (Film & TV) - includes;
• Theatrical drafting campaign planning (pricing, new products, skus, etc.),
• Anniversary catalogue promotions,
• New to 4K catalogue releases
• Quarterly retailer range optimization and Paramount price promotions
• TV releases and lifecycle management
• Key stakeholder management - including Paramount home office marketing teams, local Paramount sales licensors, Paramount sales teams (in territory) and Paramount planning (LA)
• Commercial budget planning and forecasting for defined product strata
• Analyse customer and market trends - generating insights to unlock growth opportunities for film & TV catalogue releases
• Interface with key content partners for regular brand reviews and marketing plan approvals (as required)
• Acting as a ''physical format'' category leader and expert within the wider industry - including creating ''best in class'' competitor reports, representation at trade association meetings, regular retailer store visits, trade convention representation, etc.
