Job Description

Overview and Responsibilities

We are looking for Manager, FP&A and Business Decision Support who will be managing Paramount TV finance cash planning and reporting, as well as assisting the Executive Director and EVP on analytical support for all other aspects of PTVS Finance activities and ad hoc projects!

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Manage daily cash report and 9 day forecast
• Maintain and update cash flow model
• Prepare annual cash Budget, quarterly and monthly re-forecasts
• Coordinate cash process and activities with production finance and corporate planning
• Manage billing process including set up in SAP, preparation of billing summary
• Maintain license fee database; track payments, follow up on outstanding items
• Track billed and collected vs. Ultimate
• Responsible for variance explanation to support management review
• Maintain and develop financial models to support business needs
• Foster and maintain relationships with Paramount production finance, corporate Cash planning group and point persons at network partners
• Develop timing models, sensitivity analysis, and other ad hoc financial models as needed

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree required, a focus in Accounting, Finance, or related area preferred
• 5+ years of related FP&A experience

Additional Qualifications
• Previous TV Finance experience a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including advanced modeling, as well as Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP, Hyperion
• Attention to detail and strong oral and written communication skills; able to research thoroughly and present accurate information
• Must be self-motivated, flexible, and have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi task
