Job Description
Overview and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Financial Analyst in Marketing Finance who will be responsible for providing support to the Domestic Marketing Finance team!

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Journal entries
• Review and manage monthly open PO report
• Manage credit card payments and reconciliation
• Update and post cost reports weekly
• Monthly allocations
• SAP/Ariba Liaison between Operations
• Periodic budget updates in financial systems
• Process various Billbacks
• Special projects and ad hoc analysis as required

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree required in Finance/Accounting preferred
• 1+ years of Finance/Accounting experience
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint

Additional Qualifications
• SAP experience preferred but not required
• Detail oriented with analytical skills
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
