The Role – Director, Fulfilment Operations - VOD

The ViacomCBS Global Fulfilment Operations team is responsible of the management and delivery of content to hundreds of digital and traditional platforms around the world.

We are currently looking for a Director, Global Fulfilment Operations, who will lead our efforts in building a collaborative and productive relationship with our internal partners. We are looking for a passionate hands-on, high energy and capable executive who has expertise in media and a passion for excellent customer service.

This role will be responsible for supporting GFO's efforts in developing and delivering solutions for the Global Sales and Business Operations team. The Director will leverage an extensive industry experience to be the first point of entry for all distribution initiatives proposed by the different sales teams. This person will work with the leads in New York, Amsterdam and Buenos Aires to define, develop, and take to market any initiatives approved by the Sales groups. This role will also oversee day to day operations of the Fulfilment team in London.

This role reports to the SVP of Global Fulfilment Operations in New York.

Responsibilities
• Provide world-class support to the Global Sales and Business Operations team leadership.
• Serve as the central point of information for al the operations support teams: Media Operations, Content Operations and Localization Operations
• Partner with GFO leaders across the globe in order to centralize requests and organize the flow of content in the most efficient way as well as prioritize request to the support teams based on timeframes and requirements.
• Support Global initiatives for non-distribution deals such as marketing.
• Evangelize and drive transformation focused on the UK, Australia and New Zealand partners
