Job Description
This is a great opportunity to join the Paramount team! As a new member of our OTC department, you will have the opportunity to work with other members of your team to ensure that all of our financial operations run smoothly.

This is a 12-month fixed term position.

We're looking for a new team member to join our OTC department.

Your main responsibilities:
• Performing daily cash application & allocation of entries for all clearing accounts in SAP
• Payment processing for e-banking systems
• Creating daily cash reports for AR entities
• With-holding Tax booking
• Work closely with various groups within VIACOMCBS, playing an active role during month end close
• Support OTC Cash Application Junior Manager in liaison with Controllership group to ensure unapplied cash balances have been identified, processed and cleared on a timely basis.

Must-Have Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business or related field preferred, but not required
• Fluency in written & spoken English
• Previous experience in Cash Application or in other AR process is an advantage
• SAP experience is an advantage
• General knowledge of accounting principles
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
