The Digital Online Operations team within the Ad Sales Velocity department is a support team with an international remit. We support ad sales teams across all continents and company clusters. Our colleagues are in different time zones and countries. We also make things happen by timely trafficking and scheduling online campaigns across dozen of websites and apps and external platforms. We also support Product teams and Developers during launch and re-launch of our properties.

What will you be doing

The International Campaign Coordinator will be part of the Online Operations team responsible for implementing & trafficking web, mobile, tablet and app advertising campaigns across a large network of well-established international sites and across YouTube and PlutoTV. The role is based in London and the International Campaign Coordinator will focus on contributing to the team in managing campaigns across all international regions and Velocity sales team.

The role will report to the Ad Ops manager who will coordinate the workload and assign tasks and allocate key accounts.

Daily responsibilities in this trafficking role include:
• Acting as point of contact for capturing digital creative assets for advertising campaigns across all O&O properties and external platforms (i.e. YouTube)
• Ownership of allocated key sales accounts: setup, scheduling, trafficking, monitoring, reporting display and video advertising campaigns in GAM and Freewheel
• As a team player the role will cover for other members of staff and assist with any other paid and house campaign from any international region, including events sponsorships (i.e. EMAs, KCAs)
• Preparing end of campaign and weekly reports and screen-grabs for sales teams and agencies/clients.
• Interacting with agencies, sales, site managers, production and development, and marketing teams.
• Liaising with the outsourcing team (currently Theorem based in India) - including allocation of tasks, quality assurance and regular communication.
• Develop a strong understanding of the various disciplines within ad operations (product, planning and campaign management, YouTube CMS) so as to able to cover resources where needed in the best possible manner.
• Due to the groundbreaking and involved nature of our team, responsibilities will be many and varied, so the candidate should have good flexibility and willingness to pick up and run with work with moderate direction.

Key responsibilities:
• Execute interactive advertising campaigns using Google's GAM ad management platform & FreeWheel's MRM
• Perform quality assurance tests on advertising material to ensure advertising content is ready for upload on the ad-server.
• Follow compliance and GDPR processes for EU campaigns and kids advertising.
• Forecasting inventory based on the requirements from planners and sales.
• Trafficking, optimisation and testing of assigned campaigns on Paramount CBS sites, YouTube and PlutoTV.
• Working across all networks in GAM (currently three) to facilitate forecasting, monitoring, optimisation and reporting.
• Support programmatic activities across FreeWheel and GAM for both video and display.
• Escalation of issues (i.e. delivery, compliance) to the Ad Ops Manager.
• Monitor campaign delivery to ensure impression goals, metrics and revenue are being fulfilled
• Track and report on advertising activities, advice on options to improve performance and KPIs.
• Assist in maintaining inventory, updating delivery and campaign data.
• Archive placements, maintain orders and follow naming convention in GAM and FW.
• Utilising YouTube CMS to understand traffic for YouTube forecasts and campaign delivery issues.
• Development and improvement of technical skills, as well as gaining sufficient more expertise in various areas of the business to be able to back up any member of the team.
• Work towards proficiency with the ad servers and coding languages such as HTML and CSS.
• Attending regular training sessions (FreeWheel Hub and GAM CrossSell and help section) and shadow team members in their day-to-day roles (including Mentoring scheme).
• Develop understanding of troubleshooting campaigns across FreeWheel, GAM for all activity.
• Contribute to executive ad hoc projects assigned to the team

What are we looking for
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to converse with site managers and developers and well as account executives and clients/agencies
• Proven excellent computer skills (especially with Microsoft's Excel), curiosity about new digital media and technologies. Knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, CSS, JavaScript an advantage
• Capacity for meticulous review of campaign data in auditing and data entry
• Client Services focus and understanding that this is a Support role
• Ability to handle heavy workload, mediating many demands and requests with strong problem solving drive
• Smart and quick learner with organizational agility and strong attention to detail
• Effective team player with strong resiliency
• Passion for interactive media and advertising
