Hardware Asset Manager

Overview and Responsibilities

This position is responsible for assisting in the continued development of standard HAM processes and the ongoing management of hardware within Paramount. This includes development and implementation of enterprise-wide hardware asset management program, policies, and procedures to minimize risk, improve the program, and create process efficiencies. Planning, monitoring, and recording hardware assets to support Technology Operations, IT Finance, and IT Services.

Candidate will possess at minimum, an intermediate to advanced working knowledge of hardware asset discovery, reconciliation practices and lifecycle management procedures. They should have previous experience with HAM tools, lifecycle management process, discovery and hardware procurement.

Basic Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in Hardware Asset Management
• Hands on experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Professional
• Knowledgeable in standard practices for hardware asset and contract lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of various hardware classes (end user device, server, network, and virtual).

Additional Qualifications
• Technical understanding of ServiceNow application, with experience in the HAM Pro, Procurement and Contracts modules
• Experience entering information and generating reports from ServiceNow
• Ability to work and be proactive with minimal direction and handle various projects
• Ability to analyze data, summarize information, and clearly communicate findings
• Ability to express ideas and concepts clearly and professionally
• CAMP or CHAMP certifications a plus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $80,000.00 - 90,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
