Job Description

This is a great opportunity to join the Paramount team! As a new member of our PTP department, you will have the opportunity to work with other members of your team to ensure that all of our financial operations run smoothly.

We're looking for a new team member to join our PTP department.

As a key member of the centralized PTP function your main duties and responsibilities will include:
• Manage the work volume and assignment of tasks to team members
• Oversee the wire and bank transfer payment proposals all Europe
• Entering manual payments in Citibank, DB and IT2
• Ensure critical payments are issued
• Ensure Payment reconciliations (SAP to bank) are being completed on a weekly basis
• Monitoring of rejected payments
• Handle escalated items for disbursements
• Works closely with Treasury team on cash flow

Must-Have Requirements:
• Strong English language knowledge both spoken and written
• Experience in SAP is highly preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in multi-location company is preferred
• Experienced in Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, Word
• Bachelor Degree preferably in Economics, Finance or Accounting
