Job Description
Paramount Advertising is seeking a Director/Senior Director of Product Strategy, Streaming Ads to help build and sell outstanding ad solutions for marketers, agencies, and buying platforms. A highly strategic individual, capable of understanding client needs, and working cross-functionally to develop & maintain a suite of products for the Paramount Advertising Sales team. The Director/Senior Director will sit in the Streaming Ads organization, and serve as a central hub between sales, yield, platform partnerships, and operations. This individual will be adept at identifying and anticipating marketplace needs, and clearly articulating the value proposition of the products we develop! Clear, concise communication is a must, along with strong relationship-building skills, industry knowledge and curiosity, and a high degree of organization.

As a data-driven team, this individual will be effective in supporting all recommendations with clear quantitative analysis. Additionally, the Director/Senior Director will effectively manage product roadmaps and collaborate with key internal collaborators to prioritize tasks. You will be a veteran of the video advertising business, and understand what marketers need in today's complex streaming landscape.

Responsibilities:
• In collaboration with leadership, develop & maintain short/medium/long term go-to-market strategy
• Maintain clear documentation & product roadmap
• Regular meetings with vendors to evaluate partnership opportunities
• Project manage core critical initiatives to bring products to market
• Track product adoption & revenue impact
• Partner with marketing to build collateral
• Ongoing competitive landscape assessment
• Partner with Paramount Advertising Trade Marketing to help drive B2B awareness

Basic Requirements:
• 10+ years relevant experience in ad tech, agency, publisher, or in marketing at a large brand
• BA/BS in business, economics, marketing, math, engineering, or another quantitative field is preferred but not required. MBA a plus

Additional Requirements:
• Comprehensive knowledge of programmatic advertising
• Familiarity with marketing performance indicators and measuring return on investment
• Exhibited passion for client service & solutions
• Proficiency in spreadsheets & slide creation (eg, Powerpoint, Google Slides)
• Strong writing skills
• Highly effective verbal communicator

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $189,000.00 - 244,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
