Role Details:
Our Director of Video Growth will coordinate and lead teams within our global video digital experiences and will lead product owners that are responsible for scrum teams in an agile product development environment. With focus on specific sections of our Paramount+ global experience, you will partner with product leadership to help define/prioritize/refine our A/B, Insights & UXR roadmap inline with our OKRs. This ideal candidate will work closely with their product leads to convert strategy and goals into detailed user experiences for A/B tests, UXR and Business Analysis/Insights with clear hypotheses, measurable metrics and useful acceptance criteria. This requires the skills to implement competitive analysis, technical discovery, fine-tuning and a general understanding of web & application development.

Your Day-To-Day :
• Partner with the VP of Video and other cross-group leadership to ensure successful execution of our quarterly/annual/long-term growth goals.
• Supervise product owners responsible for outlining highly-technical A/B (multi-variant) testing requirements to refine/implement with our scrum teams.
• Coordinate with cross-group leads to help address tough/complex issues that are presented through product ideation, definition, assessment, management & development cycles.
• Review work from scrum teams and evaluate success based on product-specified acceptance criteria.
• Ensure that product documentation & presentations are accurately communicated throughout the organization.
• Collaborate cross-team on complex data/systems framework & software in a release-train model.
• Work with product owners to analyze nuanced and detailed data in order to assess the impact of A/B trials against original hypotheses & metrics
• Based on findings, provide insights, recommendations & next-steps to product leadership.
• Hire best-in-market resources to join our product team and empower our lean team methodology to operate at a global scale.

Must Have:
• Powerful communicator, collaborator, team lead & mentor.
• Experience as a problem solver who can think interpretatively.
• Deep analytical skill-set with ability to distill complex information into clear vision & action plans.
• Comfortability with context switching from long-term strategy vs. day-to-day oversight.
• Solid grasp of basic computer science principles & knowledge of modern development technologies.

Basic Qualifications:
• 4+ years leading consumer-facing, mass-distribution software products within a complex Agile workplace.
• 2+ years developing teams passionate about product development/management.
• Deep knowledge running end-to-end A/B multivariate testing - with adept knowledge of either Optimizely, Adobe Target, Oracle Maxymiser or Google Optimize 360.
• Proficient with analytic tools: Adobe Analytics, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, App Store reporting.
• Solid grasp with UI/UX and UXR principles.
• Expertise in OKR principles to connect our business Objectives with measurable Key Results.
• Experience with all aspects of Scaled Agile methodologies, rituals and familiarity with Atlassian collaboration products.

Nice To Have:
• Experience with consumer-facing video streaming including media-centric information architecture.
• History with International web & applications / D2C subscription of premium services.
• Knowledge of media personalization logic as well as an understanding of recommendation algorithms via machine learning.
• Familiar with MAM, RMS, CMS and other supporting services to drive content in online media experiences.
• Technical Degree or related technical experience.
