Job Description
The Cross Platform Research Analyst will be a key contributor to the CBS TV Network research team, helping to create a cohesive narrative about how people are watching TV content across platforms and how this is evolving. This role will support leaders of the research team in providing timely, relevant, and insightful analysis throughout the CBS corporation.
Responsibilities:
• Track Television, Digital and Social audience trends via daily/weekly ratings reports
• Collect and summarize findings using data visualization techniques to share results with key
stakeholders
• Collaborate with other researchers and analysts within CBS to utilize data from different sources/methods
• Assist with ad-hoc research requests and projects
Qualifications:
• College Graduate with bachelor's degree or higher
• 1+ year(s) of professional experience in an analytics capacity within TV or digital mediums preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Knowledge of TV measurement, including: Nielsen, VideoAmp, iSpot or comScore TV data, systems and methodologies
• Knowledge of social listening tools and an understanding of the social measurement landscape
• Familiarity with web analytic tools (Adobe Analytics), comScore systems
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and query language (SQL, R, etc.) a plus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $60,000.00 - 65,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
