In this role, you will:
• Drive licensed FMCG partnerships across Food & Beverage, Health & Beauty and consumable categories,
• Champion commercial performance and brand integrity, ensuring alignment with nutrition, regulatory, and quality standards,
• Shape and implement FMCG licensing strategy, balancing long-term partnerships and promotional opportunities,
• Manage direct FMCG licensee relationships, including contract negotiation and execution,
• Coordinate product, packaging, and marketing approvals,
• Identify new FMCG partners and suppliers aligned with brand and consumer strategy,
• Create innovative promotional, seasonal and co-branded FMCG programs,
• Expand FMCG presence across retail channels and territories,
• Analyze consumer trends, FMCG market dynamics and competitor activity,
• Translate insights into commercial opportunities and innovation pipelines,
• Prepare annual forecasts, revenue plans and growth projections, supporting long‑term business planning and performance tracking,
• Contribute to budget planning and ROI assessments,
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Retail, Legal, Quality and Operations,
• Partner with Global CP teams on global FMCG initiatives and Retail & Marketing to drive strong in-market execution.

We are looking for people who have:
• 4+ years of work experience in FMCG, Food, Health & Beauty or licensing,
• Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks, with the ability to navigate them confidently,
• Clear, effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with diverse stakeholders,
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong commercial and analytical thinking, including the ability to negotiate,
