Job Description
Overview and Responsibilities:The Cash Analyst on the Order to Cash (OTC) team is responsible for handling cash posting of both wire transfers and lockbox receipts. This role involves communicating cash adjustments to relevant parties and working to reduce unapplied cash receipts on the accounts receivable aging report.
This role reports to the Cash Manager- OTC, KY.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Prepare and send all cash reports for Streaming
• Send current wires and checks for Streaming
• Apply and adjust cash payments to outstanding invoices in the sub-ledger
• Ensure a smooth closing process for accounts receivable at month-end and year-end
• Apply credit and debit memos promptly and accurately
• Partner with revenue team for resolution of unapplied cash
• Ability to work closely with Collection Analysts, Client Services, and the Sales teams for invoice & unapplied cash resolution
• Prepare cash application reconciliations for lockbox and wire payments
• Update reports as needed for management
• Conduct extensive research on unapplied payments and communicate with internal and external parties to resolve issues
• Individual and team projects to reach departmental goals
Basic Qualifications:
• 1+ years related experience in a similar role
• Excel skills required

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to create and deliver findings, presentations and reports to senior management

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $43,920.00 - 48,800.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
