Primary Responsibilities:

Paramount Tech is hiring an Application Support Analyst – Product, for its End User Technology & Experience (EUT) Group within Technology. The EUT team focuses on delivering engaging and intuitive experiences to boost productivity, transformation and engagement at enterprise scale while making sure adoption and change management provide continued improvement.

This position is responsible for operational support for various websites and platforms that support Paramount Employee Engagement such as Murray, Vimeo, Splash and Paramount.com Corporate Websites. It supports business teams via training, user/admin guides, content creation (including graphics & UX) and user acceptance testing. The role works closely with clients and vendors to monitor, manage, and escalate tickets in our ServiceNow platform, ensuring all are resolved in a timely and appropriate matter within our defined service level agreements. Additional responsibilities include trend reporting, managing roles and permissions for different technology applications and working with our engineering team to add user stories and bugs to our product backlog.

Basic Qualifications :
• Minimum 6 months of related experience in web content management and customer support
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

Additional Qualifications :
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Asana and Jira
• Worked in the digital space with other digital groups

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $75,000.00 - 85,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
