Job Description
This newly created role will be an important member of the recently formed Direct to Consumer (DTC) Consolidations and Reporting team. The primary responsibility of the financial analyst is to prepare consolidated financial reporting, presentations, variance analyses, and ad hoc reporting for Senior Leadership. This exciting role can sit in one of our amazing locations in NYC, LA, or San Francisco!
Overview & Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with finance teams and work with financial systems (TM1) to generate consolidated financial reports for the DTC segment and CBSi Digital Brands
• Must have FP&A experience: Prepare variance analyses, PNL, data validation, reports, and risks & opportunities
• Assist with financial presentations and assist in drafting commentary on material variances
• Work with various other business partners to gain insight and knowledge about their business and understand their growth drivers and challenges
• Maintain the accuracy of our financial systems by regularly reviewing and validating financial results
• Assist in crafting dashboards and data repositories for key metrics
• Participate in internal projects and other ad hoc reporting

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required. A focus in Finance, Accounting or related area preferred
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, or other related roles

Additional Qualifications:
• High level of proficiency in Excel; Familiarity with Cognos TM1 is a plus
• Experience in preparing complex financial models and templates to consolidate financial results from a variety of data sources
• Ability to translate financial information into effective financial presentations; Strong PowerPoint skills preferred
• Strong work ethic and an acute attention to detail required

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $62,500 - $85,000. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Salary Details
Salary Range: $62,500 to $85,000 Per Year ($ USD)
