Job Description
Overview & Responsibilities

The FP&A, Analyst will be an important member of the newly formed Direct to Consumer (DTC) Consolidations and Reporting team. The primary responsibility is to prepare consolidated financial reporting, presentations, variance analyses, and ad hoc reporting for Senior Leadership!
• Collaborate with finance teams and work with financial systems (TM1) to generate consolidated financial reports for the DTC segment and CBSi Digital Brands
• Must have FP & A experience: Prepare variance analyses, PNL, data validation, reports, and risks & opportunities
• Assist with financial presentations and assist in drafting commentary on material variances
• Work with various other business partners to gain insight and knowledge about their business and understand their growth drivers and challenges
• Maintain the accuracy of our financial systems by regularly reviewing and validating financial results
• Assist in crafting dashboards and data repositories for key metrics
• Participate in internal projects and other ad hoc reporting

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's required, a focus in Finance, Accounting or related area preferred
• 1+ years' experience in FP&A, Finance, or other related roles

Additional Qualifications
• High level of proficiency in Excel; Familiarity with Cognos TM1 is a plus
• Experience in preparing complex financial models and templates to consolidate financial results from a variety of data sources
• Ability to translate financial information into effective financial presentations; Strong PowerPoint skills preferred
• Strong work ethic and an acute attention to detail required
