Viewer Insight sits at the heart of the Paramount business and understanding our existing and potential viewers informs everything we do. This role will work across our Free To Air portfolio to deliver actionable insight to drive creative and commercial success. You will be a voice of the viewer for our partners
What will you be doing?
• To provide a full audience insight service for our FTA content across all our channels in the UK
• Provide daily insight to key partners including, but not exhaustive of Commissioners, Acquisitions, Scheduling, Press, Marketing and Strategy
• To evolve the business understanding of viewing beyond linear TV using BARB's Focal Meter data and other external data sets
• Run and manage high profile quant trackers including our Brand Tracker
• Work closely with Marketing and Creative teams to measure campaign success
• Manage relationships with external research partners
• Line-manage junior members of the team
What are we looking for?
• Experienced researcher from a Television background
• Highly numerate and proficient at analysing large datasets to deliver actionable insight and has exceptional excel skills
• Experience of managing team members
• Exceptional degree of knowledge of BARB
• Knowledge of scripting surveys using Decipher or similar software
• Detailed knowledge of data systems including Techedge
• Experience of managing a brand tracker would be preferred
• Confident with PowerPoint and presenting
