This is a great opportunity to join the Paramount team! As a new member of our International Finance department, you will have the opportunity to work with other members of your team to ensure that all of our financial operations run smoothly.

We're looking for a new team member to join CP global finance licensing FP&A team.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Coordinate and load annual budgeting, long range planning, and periodic forecast updates in finance systems (Longview) in line with corporate finance deadlines and deliverables.
• Variance analysis commentary to prior forecast/prior year.
• Assist with pulling together regular global consolidation reports for key expense lines.
• International CP support
• Manages our expense codes for marketing and creates new codes for new properties/categories of spend, as communicated by the sales/franchise/retail teams.
• Manages the International month-end close across expenses, reviewing all marketing, T&E, research, and G&A activity. Provides monthly reporting to all cost center stakeholders, showing their pacing and remaining available forecast.
• Manages any budget transfers communicated between regions/functions.
• Supports the quarterly participations expense deduction reporting.

Must-Have Requirements:
• 2-3 years previous experience in a finance position.
• Ideally studying towards an finance/accounting qualification
• Strong organizational skills – manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, SAP and Longview.
• Strong business English language skills both oral and written
