JOB SUMMARY
Responsibilities include Intercompany Accounting, preparing other accounting duties as they relate to the monthly and quarterly close process.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
 Reports to Director, RTR Intercompany
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:
 Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, and entering intercompany journal entries
 Prepare intercompany accruals
 Assist with intercompany invoicing
 Provide support for other intercompany activities
 Perform all month end Intercompany confirmations
ROLE-SPECIFIC SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES
 Bachelor's degree in accounting
 3+ years of professional accounting experience
 Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and practices
 Experience with ERP systems, Oracle a plus
 Experience with general ledger functions and month end/year end close process
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Solid organization and analytical skills
 Accuracy and high attention to detail
 Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook etc
 Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines
 Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
