Job summary
Responsible for delivering process improvement solutions using ViacomCBS's tools and gather sufficient information on current procedures. Also support Functional Process Improvement Manager on other projects.
Key responsibilities
• Collaborate with other teams on planning, building and deploying automations
• Monitor and run automations built by FPI team
• Debug malfunctioning automations as top priority
• Support Controllership on excel macro build/maintenance, different type of scripts – build/maintenance
• Prepare and maintain sufficient documentation of automations/process improvements in line with FPI manager requirements
• Periodically search for and investigate other possible tools on the market which could improve efficiency and quality of Controllership operation
• Participate in online and onsite trainings/conferences based on FPI manager instructions
• Perform admin tasks on systems owned by FPI Team
• Give training on acquired software/tools to other ViacomCBS employees
REQUIREMENTS – KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• BS/MSc in Accounting/Finance/Business Informatics
• High degree of integrity
• Strong problem solving skills with a ''can do'' attitude
• Capability and willingness to understand complex systems
• Good understanding of accounting and/or scripting principles
• Good communication skills with supportive attitude
• Strong business English language skills both oral and in writing
