Job Description

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in global financial operations? Paramount is seeking a dedicated POIM Associate to join our dynamic team based in a Global Business Services location – whether that's Cool Springs, Buenos Aires, or Budapest.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and resolve aged invoices to maintain financial integrity
• Conduct research and recover credit balances from vendors
• Oversee open aged purchase orders, collaborating with the business for seamless operations
• Analyze and resolve invoice error queues, utilizing IPS, SAP, and Oracle systems
• Conduct fiscal and tax reviews of invoices for international locations
• Manually enter approved invoices with precision
• Reconcile and clear direct debit vendor accounts for accuracy
• Monitor and resolve issues in the admin queue, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
• Address aged items, both purchase order and non-purchase order related
• Reconcile and resolve GR/IR related items for smooth financial operations
• Handle Z-option processing with attention to detail
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders via email
• Resolve issues preventing invoice processing and payment
• Collaborate closely with Service Management and Support teams to identify and resolve system-related issues
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management regarding open/aged invoices
• Work closely with other PTP teams to ensure streamlined financial processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial discrepancies
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Fluency in English
