Overview and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a team member well versed in all things football to produce the Pick Six NFL podcast, All Things Covered podcast and a NFL Draft podcast (to be released in the future). The candidate must also possess intimate knowledge of podcast/video production and have an interest in building audiences! The position will report to our Senior Podcast Producer.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Handle all production elements tied to podcasting
• Record, edit and publish audio & video to proper channels including full episodes and optimizing VODs on YouTube
• Manage and maintain year-long production schedule for Pick Six NFL, All Things Covered and TBD NFL Draft Podcast
• Create show rundowns, provide research for hosts
• Bolster YouTube live strategy via elements like polls, chat, on screen banners
• Drive distribution and social strategies for podcasts:
• Create and execute social media plans to grow listeners across key platforms
• Distribution of show clips, production of creative original Fantasy Football culture content, and exploring emerging social platforms
• Provide recurring KPI updates to management
• Develop data-driven programming calendar based on search, social and historical trends
• Assist with creation and distribution of in and out of network podcast promos
• Assist with other shows as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
• Great knowledge of football (pro and college)
• Passion for podcasting and audio/video. Must have a production background
• Strong communication skills & ability to work closely with remote hosts and podcast team
• Experience with Adobe Suite is desired and showcase technical proficiency with editing
• Ability to work with and lead a collaborative production team and help guide and shape the editorial direction of content across multiple platforms
• Experience working and managing a tight production schedule, translate ideas into action and prioritize a team's responsibilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
