This is a key role within the International Streaming FP&A team, supporting Paramount+, the company's flagship SVOD service. Primary area of focus will be on Content Insight and Analytics for P+ International. Part of a small but high-performance finance FP&A team this role reports in to the Senior Director of Finance for Content and Insight.

What you will be doing
• Prepare content finance reporting, analytics, and provision of insight to the P+ International and Global teams
• Build, develop and provide outputs from programming models to support forecasts, Budgets and LRP cycles
• With the Business Intelligence team, drive the development and improvement of analytical tools around content performance and to support decision making
• Build financial forecasting models for use in assessing of future potential content investments.
• Collaborate with the P+ US Finance team and build the financials in respect of the international contribution to the content greenlight process.
• Inform the P+ leadership and content teams' data-led decision making through constant monitoring and regular reporting of risks and opportunities, and pacing of financial and non-financial metrics
• Work with the wider P+ International Finance team, providing information and inputs to support subscriber and other metric forecasts at title level detail, based on content performance data
• Develop a detailed understanding of regional licensing contracts for US and local content as well as regulatory obligations e.g. quotas and levies
• Support in running sports cost forecasting, tracking and reporting across P+ International

What we are looking for
• Vocational qualification in an appropriate subject
• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CA/CFA) or International equivalent advantageous
• Experience in a Finance, Commercial, or Analytical role
• Ideally with a Content & Programming background (international, direct to consumer or streaming experience an advantage)
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to understand and articulate performance data in a succinct way in a format tailored to the right audience
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Handling and tailoring outputs from large datasets, whether Excel or system derived
• Proven experience of engaging colleague groups across multiple functions and regions and levels
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks
• Accept every challenge to achieve results
• Excellent time, project management and execution skills
• Clear and strong communicator
• Enjoy a busy environment especially with conflicting deadlines
• Commercially focused with a client service approach
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills to help lead the work and coordinate tasks to complete our deliverables
