Overview & Responsibilities:
As the Manager of Creative Promotions, you'll be a creative storyteller and partner within our Partnership Marketing team. Your mission? To provide hands-on creative support for our Partner Sales and Partner Management groups. You'll be shaping creative advertising, crafting compelling content, and diving into research to develop partner pitch materials and final partner campaigns that perfectly align with Paramount Pictures' theatrical film positioning, messaging, and overall creative look and feel. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Manage, design, and produce brand partnership pitch materials, engaging film presentations, sizzle reels for upcoming films, and custom brand-specific pitch concepts/materials
• Develop film narratives and story arcs for pitch material
• Collaborate with creative executives to ensure alignment in pitch materials and partner campaigns
• Manage the secure housing and distribution of creative assets to sales and partner management with context and strategy of how the assets should be used
• Support the Consumer Products Group with the development and use of style guides, campaign guidelines, promotions guides etc.
• Craft IP / Franchise Overviews & Research Recaps
• Work cross-functionally with Paramount theatrical marketing peers and interface regularly with major partners and agency representatives
• Provide onsite creative support for high-level events and meetings
Basic Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in creative production at an agency
• Bachelor's Degree in design or visual arts strongly desired OR equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, Adobe Creative Cloud, Final Cut, PowerPoint, AV systems and formats
Additional Qualifications:
• Curiosity and in-depth knowledge about design, art, and pop culture
• Strong aesthetic skills with a focus on typography, color, and layout
• Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent projects with tight deadlines and work within a team
• An innovative, positive, and creative storyteller with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $85,000.00 - 100,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
