Overview:

The centralized Audio team, part of the Paramount Streaming Group, serves as a center of excellence for all things audio, partnering with key brands such as MTVE, Kids & Family, CBS News, CBS Studios, and Paramount Pictures to bring some of the world's most renowned IP to consumers through a uniquely different medium. We work closely with brands to drive the marketing, production, and creative elements of bringing stories to audio consumers, providing high level, focused strategy and analytics to influence decision making and support our brand partners while maintaining a healthy bottom line. Role and Responsibilities:
• Work with the VP, Planning & Analytics to set strategic direction for the company's podcast investment strategy
• Partner with the Company's Audio FP&A / Operations team to develop and maintain a P&L dashboard
• Build analytical models to identify portfolio needs and inform programming decisions, including portfolio management, series greenlight, renewal and return on investment analysis to increase engagement and meet business goals across various brands and timelines
• Develop standardized reporting format for actuals from Oracle / SAP systems across all brands
• Partner with sales and 3rd party sellers to develop and maintain revenue pacing dashboard
• Prepare budget-to-actual reporting to compare financial performance vs. LRP/Budget
• Support development of 360 P&L's - Show level, franchise, brand w/ actuals/LRP/Forecast capabilities and Long range plan
• Supporting ad hoc diligence requests and special projects
• Partner with senior audio leads on presentation materials

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years FP&A, consulting, or analytics experience preferably in media or podcasts
• Bachelor's degree in finance, analytics, computer science, or related field; MBA preferred
• Highly quantitative in nature with deep knowledge in data mining and modeling

Additional Qualifications:
• Knowledge with business intelligence tools such as Tableau and SAP
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets
• Proven track record of creating business value from advanced analytics development and implementation a huge plus
• Excited by working in a fast paced environment
• Experience in translating business strategy and goals to advanced analytics projects and high impact solutions for the businesses supported by data-driven decision-making

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $85,600.00 - 120,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
