Role Details:

Paramount+ creative & design team is looking for a hardworking and passionate Director to build world-class campaigns for domestic and global original series and movies.

Working in close collaboration with creative directors, campaign managers, and key art agencies, you will help us establish the brand driven and elevated look and feel for some of our IP, from key art concepting, development and production to OOH print applications.

The ideal candidate is experienced in entertainment marketing and passionate about genre and franchise titles. You have the ability to think big picture while not overlooking the details. You are a master at creative feedback, guiding and collaborating with direct vendors, and are skilled at communicating and managing fast-paced projects, and have a high bar for creative excellence.

Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the creation of groundbreaking marketing campaigns for all Paramount+ originals as well as amplify the design voice of the Paramount+ brand across all viewer touchpoints
• Work with agencies, the internal creative group, and creative marketing teams to assess initial requests for information, project parameters, priority scheduling, and creation of all deliverables against established deadlines and marketing strategies
• Establish the look and feel of Paramount+'s global brand marketing campaigns, in collaboration with creative directors, brand strategists and producers.
• Concept, design and provide direction to vendors for executions across media, including key art, OOH, internal teams.
• Produce high-quality, innovative work with a global and culturally pertinent sensibility, across a wide variety and types of audiences and placements.
• Develop style guides and decks for internal and external needs.
• Work with and select assets from production for a variety of uses.
• Collaborate with creative director and oversee marketing gallery shoots with VP and key art agencies.
• Creative kick-off key art directions to agencies.
• Present ideas and concepts to internal partners and leadership.
• Work in close collaboration with campaign managers, producers and day to day collaborators.
• Establish and maintain a creative bar for excellence.
• Manage various projects to meet tight deadlines.
• Use your design experience to review production builds from designers, give them mentorship on how to improve their designs, maintain uniformity, and build the most dynamic marketing possible in a positive manner while enforcing brand guidelines
• Research ways to motivate and encourage the team with new methodology, tips, tricks, and best methods in everything from motion software to type design and production
• Analyze simultaneous projects and report metrics around project volume and what has been accomplished by using data to drive decision-making

Basic Qualifications:

What you bring to the team:
• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years experience in art direction at a media organization and or creative agency.

Additional Qualifications:
• Proven creative excellence in key art and print.
• Understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company.
• Experience in emerging visual design trends, especially in Print and OOH.
• Proven ability and experience collaborating with teams and delivering constructive, inspired creative feedback.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster healthy relationships cross-functionally!
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities and partners.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail!
• An online portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and process, art direction and design skill, and ability to solve creative problems.
• Strong Proficiency in Adobe Suit (Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Passionate about logo design and typography.
• Digital and product creative.
