Job Description
Paramount+, a direct-to-consumer digital subscription video on-demand and live streaming service from ViacomCBS, combines live sports, breaking news, and a mountain of entertainment. The premium streaming service features an expansive library of original series, hit shows and popular movies across every genre from world-renowned brands and production studios, including BET, CBS, Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, Paramount Pictures and the Smithsonian Channel. The service is also the streaming home to unmatched sports programming, including every CBS Sports event, from golf to football to basketball and more, plus exclusive streaming rights for major sports properties, including some of the world's biggest and most popular soccer leagues. Paramount+ also enables subscribers to stream local CBS stations live across the US in addition to the ability to stream ViacomCBS Streaming's other live channels: CBSN for 24/7 news, CBS Sports HQ for sports news and analysis, and ET Live for entertainment coverage.
Overview & Responsibilities:
• Analyze Paramount+ media campaigns across content verticals, seasonality and other variables to determine and implement best practices by channel including OOH, TV, Direct Display, YouTube, Connected TV, Paid Social, Paid Search, Paid Display, and App Install channels.
• Evaluate Paramount+ media investment at a macro level to ensure optimal macro level media mix in market at all times.
• Work across media agencies, media analytics and BI to develop and calibrate measurement plans by partner using internal and external resources and various methods including multi-touch attribution, incremental and regression modeling.
• Partner with sourcing team on evaluation and management of the Paramount+ upfront agreements and analyze media investment to identify additional opportunities with external partners.
• Partner with internal cross-company team to ensure O&O media coordinates with Paramount+ paid media in market.
• Advocate for decisions backed by data using multiple data sources from tech stack, external partners and internal resources.
• Manage and motivate a growing team to produce superior results.

Basic Qualifications:
• 7+ years' marketing experience.
• Media Planning experience across both traditional and digital channels required.
• Experience working with full-funnel media attribution solutions.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities, particularly in customer segmentation and modeling.
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Highly analytical and data-driven with the ability to surface meaningful insights from large data sets.

Additional Qualifications
• Ability to supervise and motivate others.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate several internal processes and procedures.
• Previous experience in a creative, marketing, or ad agency a plus.
• Streaming product experience a plus!
