Becoming a part of Paramount means joining a team of passionate people who not only recognize the power of content but also enjoy a touch of fun and uniqueness. Together, we co-create moments that matter – both for our audiences and our employees – and aim to leave a positive mark on culture.
Overview
The Ad Marketing & Intelligence team is a group of strategists and researchers who support advertising sales with audience‑driven insights. We help sales teams understand viewers, culture, and media performance through studies, surveys, data sets, and measurement tools. Our work strengthens client insight of target audiences, consumer behavior, ad performance, and cultural trends.
We value diverse perspectives and believe your interests and viewpoints matter as much as your experience. We learn from what we view inside and outside our workplace, staying linked to cultural shifts that shape how we think, research, and communicate.
Reporting to a Senior Director, this role supports Ad Sales and their clients with clear insights and thought leadership on campaign performance and ad impact across platforms. We are looking for a researcher and storyteller who can manage multiple projects and work well with internal and external partners. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, business‑minded, and confident presenting to clients.

Responsibilities
• Lead research on ad performance and campaign results, from intake and scoping through execution, synthesis, and delivery. Ensure all work is precise, clear, and client‑ready.
• Work with sales, marketing, and ad operations to set up measurement and ensure objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain best practices, templates, and processes that support consistency and efficiency.
• Write and edit client‑facing materials, including presentations, reports, and case studies, with a polished and professional voice.
• Support thought leadership and sales materials focused on ad performance and brand impact. Contribute new research ideas and creative storytelling approaches.
• Manage and mentor analysts and junior team members, offering guidance on analysis, storytelling, and client communication.
Basic Qualifications
• 7+ years experience in insights, measurement, research, or marketing strategy, with a focus on supporting advertising/sales-preferably in media or entertainment.
• Experience overseeing direct reports and supporting their growth and performance.
• Knowledge of key ad performance measurement partners and their methodologies (e.g., Circana, EDO, Upwave, Disqo).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
Additional Qualifications
• Solid expertise in quantitative and qualitative ad performance measurement across linear, digital, streaming, and social.
• Proficient project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple complex workstreams at once.
• Experience working with research vendors, measurement partners, and syndicated data sources.
• Experience leading client‑facing insight presentations and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
