What will you be doing?
• Responsible of Paramount Pictures France online contents under the supervision of the digital manager.
• Maintain relationship with Home Office Digital Marketing department.
• Develop and maintain Content Creator / Influencer relationships while coordinating compelling activities/experiences for them, including screenings and other events.
• Follow up and evaluate Content Creator activities performance / ROI.
• Digital campaign performance evaluation and competitive research, including data analytics/storytelling.
• Review and coordinate localization of assets; create locally relevant assets and content, leveraging current trends and zeitgeist.
• Generate campaign related reports as needed (including but not limited to trailer 24 hr. and 7-day reports, weekly paid media campaign and asset performance reports, competitive reports, social listening, etc.)
• Participate in general Marketing team's brainstorming sessions focusing on synergy and digital support to fully capitalize all marketing activities.
• Lead digital-focused brainstorming sessions with outside agencies as requested by the digital managerand Home Office.
• Based on the previous two items, develop digital slides for title specific decks to be presented to Home Office strategic teams.
• Support talent visit, premiere event activities and content creator attendance opportunities, capitalizing talent availability through content creator activities and other digital initiatives.
• Coordinate local content production (e.g., shooting of digital content during local voice talent dubbing sessions in coordination with the Publicity team).
• Advise team on current digital / social trends and relevant players (e.g., outstanding content creators, online personalities, emerging technologies, and platforms). This includes making relevant recommendations for local dubbing talent when needed.
• Keep track of all department's expenses in a timely fashion, and systematically follow up on all the digital department's administrative responsibilities: Purchase Order (PO) creation, Good Receipt (GR) service acknowledgement, keep budget within prebudget assigned planned expenses, run periodical vendor competitive bids, etc.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the digitla manager and HO Digital Marketing team.

What are we looking for?
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role such as Community Manager, Digital Project Manager, or Media Buyer.
• Proven experience with social media platforms, including a strong understanding of current trends and best practices.
• Influencer Marketing.
• Media Buying.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Interest and enthusiasm for the film industry is highly desirable.
• Calm under pressure.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and the ability to show initiative.
