Who We Are:

The Project Manager at On Location will be working on a premier hospitality program and serves as a product liaison across product verticals, ensuring smooth delivery and execution. The role provides the oversight, guidance and technology needs and solutions for On Location to ensure on timely delivery and meeting our business goals and needs.

PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

What You'll Do:
• Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities for significant hospitality program
• Facilitate needs assessment and the development of recommended project control solutions to be used for planning, scheduling, and tracking projects through integration of various PM tools
• Resolve, monitor, and review project staffing requirements, resources, and risks
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project
• Control project requirements, scope, and organizational change issues
• Establish appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria including team velocity, performance, and reporting
• Handles changes in operational plan
• Develops project control and reporting procedures and leads changes in operational plan
• Undertakes status review meetings among project team members and clients
• Builds communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged key partners
• Facilitates the creation of communication plans and status updates, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key partners
• Identifies and recommends contingency measures
• Resolves client/partner requirements and translates requirements into operational plans
• Identifies and assembles the appropriate blend of resources to meet project needs and requirements

What You'll Bring:
• At least 3 years experience in an Agile environment with hands-on application as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong presentation skills with ability to influence a variety of audiences
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and best practices, such as PMI standards, Agile mindset, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into digestible pieces.
• Deep knowledge and awareness of the latest SDLC processes and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, risks and issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation skills with ability to influence a variety of audiences
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong, handson proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Team player who promotes an example of working in a high achieving environment
• Exudes a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering the best
• Highly organized with a track record of prioritizing multiple projects and delivering on deadlines
• Work creatively, strategically and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork & innovation.
• Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective.
• Ability to foster collaboration, teamwork and trust across diverse and cross-functional teams.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, CAPM, etc. are desirable.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$75,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$100,000 annually
