Position: Matchmove Artist
Department: 3D
Location: London / Remote
Reports To: Head of 3D

NVIZ is currently looking for an experienced tracker to join our team for work on exciting new projects, a remote position but must be based in UK.

Job Description:

· Creation of tracked cameras from live action plates

· Generation of matchmove scenes with aligned geometry

· Calculation of lens distortion as part of a camera pipeline

· Problem solving and technical assistance

· Modeling and layout of tracking assets

Required Skills & Experience:

· 3+ years VFX industry experience in film or TV

· Proven tracking and matchmove experience on high end VFX productions

· Processing of on-set data including LIDAR, lens grids and photogrammetry

· On set experience a bonus

· Experience in Body Tracking and use of rigs

· An understanding of the fundamentals of photography

· In depth knowledge of 3dEqualizer,PFTrack, Mocha

· Practice working knowledge of Maya

· Basic usage and understanding of Nuke

· Working knowledge of rendering
