Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Act as key point-of-contact for SEM agency partner.
2. Collect and coordinate reporting of performance data and analyze ROI for search and paid advertising efforts.
3. Work closely with Senior Marketing Manager, Operations & Design to develop/deploy case studies and thought leadership opportunities
4. Manage day-to-day planning and operation of the chatbot function on the NPM website.
5. Maintain Salesforce / Pardot instance by marketing best practice
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Minimum education experience, required or preferred. (Ex: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience)
REQUIRED SKILLS
1. Positive attitude and willingness to jump in when and where needed.
2. Detail-oriented. Ability to think, plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion.
3. Demonstrated ability and willingness to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments, as well as ability to escalate issues appropriately.
4. Enthusiasm for public media, its mission and its programs.
5. Curiosity. A desire to engage in brainstorms, beta-test ideas, and learn new things.
6. A solution-oriented mindset.
PREFERRED SKILLS
1. BA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Management, etc.
2. Ability to communicate effectively (written & verbally), distill strategic takeaways from data, and influence key stakeholders.
3. Experience working with Salesforce/Pardot , HTML, SEO, Google Analytics, Drift, and Excel.
4. Experience with SEM/SEO agencies, media, or sales organizations.
5. Exhibit both creativity and strong analytical skills.
6. Experience with Trello project management tool
