UNIT MANAGER (NOGGIN PLAY ALONG VIDEO)

Overview and Responsibilities

Reports to: Production Manager and Line Producer

Responsibilities
• Supporting production management across all Noggin Play Along Video titles
• Building production plans, budgets and tracking expenses for projects as assigned by Line Producer
• Production reporting expenses to Line Producer on the project level
• Tracking and submitting project reclasses and accruals monthly
• Negotiate and onboard new hires
• Generate Blanket Vendor Agreements, Project Deal Terms and 3rd Party contracts
• Manage and strategize equipment and software requests for Play Along Video team
• Work with vendors to get them set up in Viacom's Ariba vendor payment system
• Track and process all invoices submitted by vendors
• Coordinate and book all aspects of VO records including scheduling and talent for all Play Along Video Titles
• Draft talent contracts, manage talent permits and all other related documents
• Process VO record paperwork and payments
• Prep payroll for talent and freelancers
• Reconcile production receipts/expense reports in CONCUR
• Coordinate and support booking all domestic and international production travel
• Assist in planning work events and special meetings
• Manage Play Along Video distribution Lists
• Attend necessary production meetings

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years experience in Production

• Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving environment
• Proactive, self-starter
• Capable of keeping sensitive information confidential
• Ability to prioritize and be flexible
• Good verbal and written communication skills
