Creative Project Manager (Play Noggin - Preschool)

Job Type: Project Based Employment

Noggin from Nick Jr. seeks a Creative Project Manager for the Play-Along Video (''PAV'') team. The PAV team focuses on learning-led interactive media. The Creative Project Manager will support a cross-discipline team in a fast-paced and highly collaborate environment. The Creative Project Manager should have a strong background in production and will be responsible for overseeing project development on animated/live action interactive content from conception to completion, partnering with internal production and technical teams.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain processes and workflow
• Primary point of contact for all team members
• Collaborate with project leads to ensure their objectives and goals are achieved
• Manage the production & animation pipeline process to optimize performance and productivity
• Ensure creative team adheres to schedules and milestones
• Communicate updates, key dates, and action items on a daily basis
• Identify, communicate, and problem-solve issues
• Schedule and facilitate meetings along with capturing and disseminating notes and next steps
• Ensure content is routed for creative review and all pertinent approvals by stakeholders are being received
• Communicate all feedback in a constructive professional manner between departments
• Partner with Product Management to synchronize product and creative production schedules
• Partners with the Production Manager ensuring project needs/revisions work within the assigned budget
• Collaborate with Design, Animation and Asset Media Manager to ensure assets are available and prepped

Qualifications
• Manage content delivery process and communicates tech issues with Product and QA - 5+ years experience in creative project management, utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with Animation and Live Action Workflows (Production & Post Production) and multi-platform projects
• Proficient in building and maintaining pipeline tracking in systems like Shotgun, Wrike, JIRA & Airtable
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized and thorough
• Impeccable communication skills & professional collaborative attitude
• Must be able to complete tasks on tight deadlines
• Familiarity and interest in creative interactive development and digital technologies
• Passion for creative and forward thinking in terms of improving process and building efficient workflows
• Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize accordingly to changing deadlines
• Strong strategic thinker able to thrive under pressure and translate information into effective business cases
