General Purpose Radio Broadcast Engineer

Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation, Family owned and operated since 1972 has an immediate opening for an individual as General Purpose Engineer for our 10-station cluster in El Dorado, AR. Desired Qualifications/Experience:Excellent communications and documentation skills, Basic IT and Social Media skills, Website skills, Technically inclined, Maturity to work self-supervised as a multi-team leader, Physically able to perform general maintenance duties. Previous broadcast/radio experience preferred. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Responsibilities include: Maintain studios and transmitter sites IAW FCC regulations and company standards, Identify, troubleshoot and (if necessary) schedule required maintenance. Maintain a limited inventory of streaming, SM and website assets, Work with contracted IT company to maintain/upgrade IT assets as needed, Professionally maintain engineering spaces, Work directly with the General Manager overseeing the execution of the stations’ operations. Compensation:$40-55,000/yr, depending on engineering knowledge & experience. Benefits: Health Insurance; generous paid vacation and sick time policies.
