Overview & Responsibilities:

The Senior Analyst will be a key member of Paramount Global's Kids & Family Content Insights Team, supporting Nickelodeon (and Awesomeness) content research across Live Action Scripted, Unscripted, and Animation, including development, acquisitions, pilot testing, and current series maintenance for linear programming, streaming platforms (i.e. Paramount+) as well as digital platforms (i.e. YouTube). The Content Insights Senior Analyst will manage and assist on qualitative and quantitative research projects, providing clear and useful insights to key clients, including internal research partners, content creators, and Senior Management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Support live-action and animation production/acquisition research projects, including pre-planning, scheduling, asset gathering, vendor management, and report writing
• Manage testing calendar and project timelines, ensuring projects meet deadlines
• Synthesize focus group findings and quantitative testing results into useful insights
• Handle testing assets across the creation cycle including concepts, animatics, storyboards, short-form/long-form content, key art, and on-air/off-channel marketing
• Manage quantitative testing, from questionnaire development, vendor communication, recruiting, creating data tables, and final data analysis with oversight from the team
• Build debrief decks, final reports, and presentations to share out toplines and research findings with key partners, including creative teams and Sr. Management
• Oversee the monthly Kids Advisory Team (KAT) panel and assist in managing the in-house Kids' Research Lab with the support of the Manager and Sr. Manager
• Support Research Coordinator with planning and execution of monthly Studio Culture + meeting discussing pop culture trends; contribute to monthly trends newsletter
• Assist with special projects alongside other research counterparts as needed

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3-4 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research, preferably at a media/entertainment company or kid-targeted industry
• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills

Additional Qualifications:
• Experience in a kids-oriented environment a plus
• Experience moderating kid focus groups a plus
• Experience with mTAB or SPSS a plus
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage several projects seamlessly
• Superior written and presentation design skills, with the ability to explain research results in a clear and compelling manner!
