Overview & Responsibilities:
Our team is looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Initiatives to be a key player on the Kids and Family Unscripted and Digital Franchise Studios Team! Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Growth and Operations, this Senior Manager will be driving the identification, conceptualization, business case development, and operational planning surrounding new growth initiatives for Nickelodeon and AwesomenessTV.

This role will be responsible for activating a newly launched Creator Community, virtual events, and other yet-to-be-identified growth initiatives across the team. Utilizing the power of our IP as well as our team's high degree of expertise within Digital and Unscripted, this person will be a critical player to unlock future growth for the department.
Our ideal candidate is a flexible innovative thinker, follows emerging trends in the digital space as well as technologies that raise the performance bar for the K&F Digital Studio. The candidate will be unafraid to dream up big ideas, build the case for them, and see them through to completion.

Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Conduct new and existing market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform key growth priorities beyond the existing core
• Identify new opportunities to drive engagement outside of existing content initiatives to build franchises around our original IP
• Work with partners across the organization (e.g., finance, creative, development) to construct the business case for new initiatives and the materials to build internal support
• Lead the launch of a new creator network program
• Develop performance measures and KPIs to track progress
• Manage multiple initiatives to from concept to launch
• Collaborate with teams across ViacomCBS to drive program success
• Work hand-in-hand with the Operations team to design programs that will scale beyond the initial beta or early-stage executions
• Track initiative within Airtable and report on progress

Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience in business & brand building
• Previous experience launching new lines of business in any context (e.g., startup, within a large corporation, launching new brands)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Additional Qualifications:
• Ability to creatively brainstorm
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders on large projects
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Entertainment and content experience
• Data analysis experience preferred
• Energetic leader with a strong bias towards action
