The Manager, Media & Audience Strategy is responsible for helping steward the planning, development, and execution of our off-channel paid marketing efforts. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our media agency partnership and communication.

The work spans the entire Nickelodeon portfolio, from preschool, to big kids, to parents, and brand. The ideal candidate is a digital native with strategic marketing sensibilities and a passion for innovation, with the desire to become a well-rounded cross-channel media guide.

Nickelodeon has an active, passionate fanbase across multiple social and digital platforms, from Moms of preschoolers to fans of SpongeBob, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Smurfs, Paw Patrol, Blue's Clues and more. • Assist in the development of off-channel media strategies for campaign launches, sustain efforts, and tentpole events
• Guide agencies in building tactical cross-channel plans with a focus on digital, social, and emerging media platforms
• Provide brand expertise to our external media agency to finesse partnerships and refine creative executions for maximum impact
• Partner with collaborators across the marketing team to translate marketing strategies into media activations with a Nick-ified lens
• Collaborate with the Marketing Analytics team members to build reporting recaps connecting media results to critical metrics and help develop a test & learn culture
• Act as a team resource to call out information, lead, and communicate feedback constructively to agency partners as well as to internal property managers
• Have an active role in advancing and training the team's coordinator

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years relevant work experience in media strategy, digital/social media marketing, and/or partnership marketing- either at a brand or agency
• Proficient in the digital space, including paid social, and able to make data-driven decisions and recommendations

Additional Qualifications:
• Previous experience marketing to children, parents, or tune-in
• Knowledge of kid-endemic gaming & digital platforms a plus
• Experience making pitches to executive-level audiences and working directly with partners
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, including both written & verbal skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative teammate who excels at building relationships
• Strong desire to work for a global brand and help drive innovation within Nickelodeon
