Job Description
Oversee Campaign Onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of new campaigns. Responsible for Sales Training & Development, guiding team members on digital advertising products and platforms. Key duties include Campaign Reporting, Campaign Optimizations, and managing Digital Strategy to enhance performance and meet client objectives.
Additional responsibilities include Digital Inventory Management, maintaining Vendor Relationships, participation in AE Sales Calls, and facilitating New Hire Onboarding. This role also involves conducting Sales Team Training, preparing Digital Weekly Reports, and contributing to Digital Revenue growth through strategic insights and optimizations.

Core Duties & Responsibilities
🔹 Campaign Management
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of digital ad campaigns (launch, pacing, optimization, reporting, wrap-up)
• Ensure accurate campaign setup and delivery across multiple platforms (social, display, video, OTT/CTV, search)
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, or performance
🔹 Client-Facing & Sales Support
• Join Account Executives on sales calls to provide digital expertise
• Translate client goals into actionable campaign strategies
• Present performance updates and optimization recommendations to sales and clients
🔹 Training & Development
• Conduct new hire onboarding for digital and sales teams
• Lead recurring sales team training sessions on digital platforms and best practices
• Support regional training initiatives and serve as subject-matter expert
🔹 Digital Strategy & Revenue Growth
• Collaborate with sales teams on proposals, presentations, and upsell opportunities
• Develop and execute cross-platform strategies to meet or exceed KPIs
• Provide market insights and recommend new digital products or partnerships
🔹 Operations, Reporting & Vendor Management
• Oversee digital inventory management to ensure campaign accuracy and efficiency
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to manage campaign execution, troubleshoot issues, and explore new opportunities
• Create and maintain SOPs for campaign setup, reporting, and optimizations
• Prepare weekly digital reports and monthly performance summaries for leadership
• Monitor pacing and implement optimizations to deliver full budget performance
