Job Description

Nexstar Media Group's Nashville Design Center is looking for a passionate, accomplished graphic designer/animator to join our Nashville based graphics team. If you are a design and animation star with exceptional skills with Cinema 4d, After Effects and Photoshop, then we should be talking. The Nashville Design Center provides graphic support for the nearly 200 Nexstar Media Group stations across the USA. You will have the opportunity to bring your creative vision to an innovative, creative team where you will have an opportunity to work in all disciplines of graphic design and animation. You will have the opportunity to develop graphic packages for station rebranding, multi-station special programming as well as sports and lifestyle graphic packages. Your work will be seen coast to coast and have an immediate impact to local stations and the communities they serve. This motion graphic design position will work closely with the Design Director to visualize and execute concepts for all station projects.

This is a Nashville based position, so I hope you like country music and the nicest folks in the south!

Job Skills: Advanced skills with the Adobe Creative Suite and Cinema 4d, working knowledge of website design and high end compositing and graphic design skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills are needed in order to interact with stations on assigned projects and to manage multiple projects while being able to adhere to strict timelines. Additional knowledge of Ross Xpression, Chyron Lyric X and Chyron Prime would be icing on the cake.
