REPORTS TO: Executive Director, Broadcasting and Technology
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

The Technical Services Coordinator is responsible for attending to various technical issues dealing with PC based computers, Apple based computers, printers, software installation, networking peripherals, WiFi configurations and responding to general technical questions.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues to front office and gameday staff
• Setup equipment and install software
• Proactively learn and utilize new technologies, concepts and procedures
• Coordinate distribution/return of IT equipment and recycling/disposal of equipment
• Communicate with department on status of all projects
• Assist with broadcasting tasks
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or appropriate technology certifications
• Proficient in PC and Apple based computer systems
• Familiarity with computer networking.
• 3-5 years of experience working in a customer service environment preferred.
• Prior experience in help-desk environment preferred.
• Ability to interact and communicate with individuals on all levels in both written and verbal form.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

The base annual salary for this position is $50,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.
