Job Description

SUMMARY: Focus on analysis of data across all organizational departments to drive revenue

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Create reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making in the Ticket Sales department
• Create customer segmentations to enhance our current ticket sales strategies and lead distribution
• Assist in the pricing of season tickets, groups, and individual games including dynamic pricing
• Develop ticket forecast and pacing models for season tickets, group tickets, and individual game suite tickets
• Analyze digital marketing strategy and digital campaigns to grow ticket revenue and increase fan engagement
• Identify areas for improvement and develop plans to make processes more efficient and automated
• Pull data from Data Warehouse and other sources to use in Tableau and Excel reporting
• Identify ways to better leverage data and analytics across all business departments
• Collaborate on ad-hoc projects and analyses as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, finance, or statistics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience delivering actionable insights from complex data sources
• Experience with data storytelling and presenting data driven insights to upper management
• Strong computer skills including: Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and SQL required
• Familiarity with Ticketmaster Archtics and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred
• Familiarity with statistical software and programming languages such as Python and R is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally
• Able to work well within a team environment
• Proven time management, organizational and prioritizing skills
• Flexible work schedule and ability to work in an outdoor stadium environment
