This is a permanent full-time role based in SYDNEY

Enough about us! What you'll do as a Technical Director

As the Technical Director you will be responsible for working in both traditional and automated studio environments producing live and pre-recorded content for News Sport and Lifestyle programmes.

Functions will also include:
• live on air operation
• technical housekeeping and programming

What are we looking for in a Technical Director? What's important?
• Previous broadcast television experience as technical director or broadcast engineer
• Familiarity with Mosart studio automation, including template creation and programming
• Working knowledge of ENPS or iNews, vision mixer programming, EVS IPD and Riedel Artist talkback.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving and communication skills to manage the demands associated with live broadcast productions.
• A customer focused approach to meeting client expectations
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work weekends and rotating shifts
