Job Description
Netflix, the leading online movie and television subscription service, seeks a Workplace, Food & Beverage Specialist to support the UCAN region.

Based out of our Los Angeles, CA offices, we are seeking a hands-on, experienced specialist to fulfill daily operations of our growing food and beverage services for all of our UCAN regional offices. This role includes but is not limited to supporting daily food service and catering, micro-kitchens, beverage and snack programs. Netflix is a fast-paced and demanding company that requires a driven individual who is able to exercise good judgment, take fast initiative, and provide a high level of customer service to enhance our employee experience.

What You'll Do
• Manage all aspects of Netflix F&B program regionally through contracted facilities coordinators, and vendors across multiple countries
• Ensure that vendor management and service delivery is within contract SLAs
• Work closely with the Netflix Food Team to continue to develop a best in class food program
• Curate menus with stakeholders quarterly that meet established guidelines to build culture through food, unique to each office while maintaining standards and budgets
• Conduct, communicate, and report weekly operational and financial reports
• Implement cost controls measures concerning food, beverage, labor, and waste
• Work closely with Facilities, and Internal events as the contact / coordinator for food-related events
• Supply Chain Management and procurement of consumables and equipment
• Strategic project management and fluency with associated project management software
• Read and understand construction drawings
• Coordinate Facilities/Workplace operations specific to F&B
• Lead inclusively
• Collaborate with a diverse team, including architects, building engineers, property management, senior internal partners, project managers, and facility managers
• Problem-solve, influence partners and manage multiple day-to-day projects in a fast-paced environment
• Some international travel required

Minimum Qualifications
• Deep understanding of food service hospitality experience, 5+ years experience
• 5+ years of management experience
• Food Purchasing experience
• Vendor management experience

• Strong organizational skills and collaborative style
• Adaptability to navigate changing circumstances and rapidly shifting priorities
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects, requests, vendors, with little direction and work independently

• Ability to maintain professionalism at all times in any situation
• Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of a company
• Relevant experience managing a micro kitchen/campus dining program
• Familiarity with international food programs, vendors and regulations

The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $60,000 - $290,000.
