UI Software Engineer (L5) - Engineering Experiences

Who we are
Engineering Experiences (EXO) creates a unified, consistent experience across developer tools at Netflix. We work cross-functionally with partners across engineering to make working inside the Netflix engineering ecosystem more efficient and enjoyable for all. We focus on increasing productivity, minimizing toil, and managing the suite of tools at Netflix.
What you could work on
Our team is primarily responsible for the developer platform that powers the front door that the entire engineering organization will depend on for daily operations. Some example goals for projects include:
• Reduce friction, cognitive load, toil, and time required to adopt technologies across Netflix engineering.
• Simplify and standardize the resource ownership experience across Netflix to ensure all engineering resources have clear owners.
• Make it easier for engineers across the company to discover tools, applications, and Domain Graph Services.
Skills you'll need
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience building web applications using React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience working with GraphQL and creating schemas
• Passionate about user experience and have an eye for improving UIs
• Desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
