We are looking for a sourcing professional to join our Supplier Management and Operations team. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders and Finance Procurement Operations Business Partners to gather business requirements and execute strategic sourcing strategies across the organization. The perfect candidate for this role is someone that has built and implemented a strategic sourcing framework and has proven experience negotiating and managing contracts across various spend categories.

Responsibilities:
• Create, manage and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and become a trusted partner
• Lead complex negotiations and manage all operational aspects of the contracts
• Conduct extensive market research and analysis to understand industry trends and category insights
• Drive process improvements within the sourcing workflows, tools and reports
• Monitor supplier performance to assess the ability to meet quality and delivery requirements
• Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for management reporting

Qualities We're Looking For:
• At least 8 years of experience contributing to a Strategic Sourcing and Procurement team (preferably within a multinational context)
• Proven experience in building and implementing a strategic sourcing framework
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Comfortable working in self-directed and ambiguous environments
• Excellent supplier management skills
• World-class negotiating skills with the ability to challenge the status quo
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance or similar relevant field
• Media and Entertainment or Tech industry experience preferred
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $50,000 - $240,000.
